The Weekly (02/18/2021): New Year in Remodeling, Designing for Privacy

2020 changed the world in a lot of ways, more than we probably realize. It changed how people relax, communicate, work, live.

It certainly changed business in remodeling. But how exactly? We speak with three veteran business owners and remodelers—Brian Gottlieb of Tundraland, Michael Anschel of Otogawa-Anschel Design+Build+Architecture, and Bill Baldwin of HartmanBaldwin Design/Build—to better understand how last year has impacted their expectations and priorities for 2021, and how it may have also created a few serious opportunities for the market.

Also, homeowners are concerned about a lack of privacy in and out of their homes. Mikaela Sharp and Jenni Lantz of the New Home Trends Institute share the biggest privacy pain points on the latest installment of The Weekly.
